Affiliate Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The BMMFX Partner Program ("Program") allows approved affiliates ("Partners") to earn commissions by referring new users to BMMFX's forex trading platform and services. BMMFX provides real-time forex signals, market scanners, trading tools, and educational resources to help traders make informed decisions.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Partner Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid email address and payment information
• Own or operate a website, social media account, or marketing channel
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices
• Complete the partner registration process and receive approval from BMMFX

3. Commission Structure

Partners earn commissions on successful referrals based on the following structure:

Commission Calculation

The BMMFX system automatically calculates your commissions based on:

• Successful user registration through your unique affiliate link
• Completed payment of the monthly subscription fee (USD $149)
• User retention beyond the 30-day refund period
• Ongoing monthly renewals for the lifetime of the customer subscription

4. Tracking & Attribution

BMMFX uses advanced tracking technology to ensure accurate attribution of referrals:

• Each Partner receives a unique affiliate link and tracking code
• Cookie duration: 60 days from initial click
• Last-click attribution model applies for commission assignment
• Real-time reporting available in your Partner Dashboard
• All conversions are automatically tracked and recorded in our system

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid monthly according to the following schedule:

• Payment processing occurs between the 1st and 5th of each month
• Payments cover all eligible commissions earned in the previous month
• Initial commissions are held for 30 days to account for the refund period

5.2 Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum withdrawal amount is USD $50. If your balance is below this threshold, earnings will roll over to the next payment period until the minimum is met.

5.3 Payment Methods

BMMFX supports the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT)

5.4 Withdrawal Process

Partners can request withdrawals through the Partner Dashboard at any time, provided the minimum threshold is met. Withdrawals are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

5.5 Fees

Partners are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes associated with receiving payments. BMMFX may deduct processing fees for certain payment methods as disclosed during withdrawal.

6. Marketing Guidelines

6.1 Permitted Activities

• Promoting BMMFX through your website, blog, or social media channels
• Creating honest, accurate reviews and educational content about BMMFX
• Using provided marketing materials and approved brand assets
• Sharing your personal experience with BMMFX services (if applicable)
• Email marketing to your opt-in subscriber list with proper disclosures

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Partners must NOT engage in:

• False or misleading advertising about BMMFX services or results
• Guaranteeing specific trading profits or investment returns
• Spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or black-hat SEO tactics
• Bidding on BMMFX brand keywords in paid search campaigns
• Creating websites or content that impersonate BMMFX
• Using BMMFX trademarks without written authorization
• Making exaggerated claims about signal accuracy or platform performance
• Self-referrals or fraudulent account creation
• Cookie stuffing or any form of fraudulent tracking manipulation
• Promoting BMMFX on adult, illegal, or offensive websites

7. Compliance & Disclosures

Partners must:

• Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with BMMFX in all promotional content
• Comply with FTC guidelines and all applicable advertising regulations
• Include proper disclaimers about trading risks and forex market volatility
• Not provide personalized investment advice unless properly licensed
• Adhere to all local laws regarding financial service promotions

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

BMMFX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to all subscribers. Refund and chargeback policies affecting Partner commissions:

• Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming eligible for withdrawal
• If a referred user requests a refund within 30 days, the associated commission will be voided
• Chargebacks will result in immediate deduction of the commission from your Partner account
• Excessive refund rates (above 20%) may result in account review or termination
• Partners are expected to promote quality traffic that converts to long-term customers

9. Intellectual Property

BMMFX grants Partners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved marketing materials solely for promoting BMMFX services. Partners agree to:

• Use only official BMMFX logos, brand assets, and marketing materials provided
• Not modify, alter, or create derivative works of BMMFX branding
• Not register domain names, social media handles, or trademarks containing "BMMFX"
• Cease all use of BMMFX intellectual property upon termination of partnership

10. Confidentiality

Partners may receive access to confidential information about BMMFX's business operations, commission structures, and proprietary data. Partners agree to:

• Keep all confidential information strictly private
• Not disclose commission rates, conversion data, or internal metrics publicly
• Not share Partner Dashboard login credentials with third parties
• Maintain confidentiality obligations even after partnership termination

11. Term & Termination

11.1 Agreement Duration

This agreement begins upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.

11.2 Termination by Partner

Partners may terminate their participation at any time by:

• Submitting a written notice via the Partner Dashboard or email
• Receiving all outstanding commissions earned up to the termination date (subject to minimum withdrawal threshold)

11.3 Termination by BMMFX

BMMFX reserves the right to terminate any Partner account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or unethical marketing practices
• Damage to BMMFX's brand reputation
• Excessive refund rates or poor quality traffic
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

11.4 Effects of Termination

• Upon termination, Partners must immediately cease all promotional activities
• Unpaid commissions meeting the minimum threshold will be paid within 30 days
• Recurring commissions from existing customers may continue based on BMMFX discretion
• Access to the Partner Dashboard will be revoked

12. Liability & Warranties

12.1 No Guarantees

BMMFX makes no guarantees regarding:

• The amount of traffic, sales, or commissions Partners will earn
• The performance or accuracy of forex signals provided by the platform
• Uninterrupted availability of BMMFX services

12.2 Partner Responsibility

Partners acknowledge that:

• Forex trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors
• Partners are responsible for their own marketing costs and business operations
• Partners act as independent contractors, not employees or agents of BMMFX
• BMMFX is not liable for any losses incurred by referred users

12.3 Indemnification

Partners agree to indemnify and hold BMMFX harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Partner's violation of these Terms & Conditions
• False advertising or misleading promotional content created by Partner
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Any illegal or unethical activities conducted by Partner

13. Modifications to Terms

BMMFX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via:

• Email notification to registered Partner address
• Notice in the Partner Dashboard
• Updated terms posted on the BMMFX website

Continued participation in the Partner Program after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your partnership as outlined in Section 11.

14. Commission Adjustments

BMMFX reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' written notice. Adjustments may occur due to:

• Changes in business model or pricing structure
• Market conditions or competitive factors
• Individual Partner performance reviews

Existing referrals may be grandfathered at original commission rates at BMMFX's discretion.

15. Fraud Prevention

BMMFX employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to maintain program integrity:

• Suspicious activities will trigger immediate account review
• Self-referrals and fake sign-ups will result in commission forfeiture and account termination
• Partners found engaging in fraudulent activities may be reported to authorities
• BMMFX reserves the right to withhold payment pending fraud investigation

16. Tax Responsibilities

Partners are solely responsible for:

• Reporting all commission income to appropriate tax authorities
• Paying all applicable taxes on earnings from the Partner Program
• Maintaining accurate records of all commission payments received
• Providing tax documentation as required by their jurisdiction

BMMFX may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099 for U.S. Partners) as required by law.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BMMFX is registered. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through:

• Initial good-faith negotiation between parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Arbitration conducted in English in the jurisdiction of BMMFX's principal place of business

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Partners and BMMFX regarding the Partner Program and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
